Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: We normally can ship goods out in 1 - 3 days. Sometimes some sizes might be out of stock temporarily in that case we will let you know in advance.
Delivery time varies by destination country and shipping method you selected when you placed order. For example to USA economy shipping takes around 10 - 15 business days, standard shipping takes around 6 - 10 business days and express shipping takes around 4 - 7 business days.
Q: Do you ship with shoeboxes?
A: We will remove individual shoebox and pack the shoes into big boxes. This is to save your shipping cost on air fast shipping as shipping fee is charged based on the bigger one of either gross weight or volumetric weight of your goods. If you do need individual shoebox, please contact us before placing order. and the shipping fee needs to be re-estimated. We recommend air/express shipping without boxes for small quantity and ocean shipping with boxes for large quantity.
Q: I want to put my logo on the shoes and/or shoeboxes, is that possible?
A: Yes, customization is welcome with a certain MOQ. MOQ of printing logo on insole starts from 50 to 100 pairs, MOQ of putting logo on upper or outsole varies by designs and techniques to use, normally from 10 - 50 pairs per size per color. Please feel free to contact us for more details when you have customization requirements.
